Below is a selection of some of the projects Bodhi has worked with over the past few years.
Bodhi undertook research on the changing dynamics of Afghan Migration after August 2021 in support of MMC Asia and the DRC Diaspora Programme. Bodhi investigated the changing dynamics of Afghan migration, focusing on the routes, context, information gaps, and self- identified needs of Afghans, as well as how migration patterns may evolve and develop in the future. The team employed a mixed methods approach to gather information from primary and secondary data sources, specifically, via a comprehensive desk review of relevant literature and secondary data, and key informant interviews.
Bodhi completed a conflict analysis of Afghanistan while taking into consideration the intersection between gender and conflict. The aim of the project was to identify the intersection between gender and conflict and provide a comprehensive look into the key stakeholder in the conflict and peacebuilding space in the country. We identified the trends in conflicts, mapped the key stakeholders, the role that women play in conflict and peacebuilding, provided recommendations and identified the likely scenarios for the Afghan conflict.
