Final Evaluation of Uchaguzi Bila Bilaa: Violence Free Elections in Coastal Kenya

Bodhi undertook the endline evaluation of the Search for Common Ground ’Uchaguzi Bila Balaa’ project. This 18-month project was aimed at fostering collaborative and inclusive community-led prevention of election-related conflicts in Kenya. The purpose of the final evaluation was to understand and document the outcomes of the ’Uchaguzi Bila Balaa’ project at all levels of implementation. To achieve this, Bodhi implemented a theory‑based approach, using the project Theory of Change as the basis for evaluating performance against the four relevant OECD/DAC evaluation criteria of relevance, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.
