Search for Common Ground

Bodhi was contracted by Search for Common Ground to lead a research project aimed at scanning the conflict context of Monguno, Jere and Kukawa LGAs in Borno State, North East Nigeria. The assignment was in support of the RESILIAC project, aimed at contributing to the economic recovery and to the strengthening of the resilience and the social cohesion of the territories of the Lake Chad basin most impacted by the Lake Chad crisis and the climate change. Bodhi implemented a mixed methods methodology, involving qualitative interviewing and quantitative surveying, which will foster an understanding of the contextual realities, identify potential risks related to do no harm and conflict sensitivity, and provide actionable recommendations. The study will adhere to Search’s Conflict Scan Methodology.
