Final Evaluation of Promoting Sustainable Partnership for Economic Transformation (PROSPECTS III)
Bodhi conducted a mixed-methods final evaluation of Mercy Corps' PROSPECTS (Promoting Sustainable Partnership for Economic Transformation) urban youth livelihoods programme. The evaluation assessed the extent to which programme objectives were met, considering the strategies developed, resources used, and activities implemented. We evaluated the programme against OECD-DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability) and its logical framework. The study aimed to draw out lessons learned to guide future youth employment programmes in Liberia and elsewhere, including potential future phases of PROSPECTS. This comprehensive evaluation provided insights into the programme's impact on urban youth livelihoods and offered recommendations for enhancing similar initiatives.
