Mid-Term Evaluation of the "Participatory and Accountable Governance of the Security Sector in Mali" Project

Bodhi carried out the mid-term evaluation of Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) "Gouvernance participative et responsable du secteur de la sécurité au Mali" project, to assess the project's contribution to the security sector reform and governance process in Mali. The evaluation was structured in accordance with the six criteria of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the economic cooperation and development organization (Relevance, Effectiveness, Impact, Efficiency, Coherence, and Sustainability and national ownership) and was supported by primary data collection, as well as review of program documents.
