Mid-Term Evaluation of the "Participatory and Accountable Governance of the Security Sector in Mali" Project

Bodhi conducted the mid-term evaluation of the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) project, "Gouvernance participative et responsable du secteur de la sécurité au Mali." The evaluation aimed to assess the project's contribution to the security sector reform and governance process in Mali. It was structured according to the six criteria of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Economic Cooperation and Development Organisation: Relevance, Effectiveness, Impact, Efficiency, Coherence, and Sustainability and National Ownership. The evaluation was supported by primary data collection and a review of programme documents.
