Bodhi conducted a robust meta-evaluation of Plan International's Safer Cities for Girls programme, which aims to change the way in which adolescent girls experience public spaces by building safe, accountable and inclusive cities with and for adolescent girls. Bodhi applied OECD-DAC evaluation criteria to assess the integration of gender inclusive approaches in program evaluations and suggest strategies to address the identified gaps and guide programme model redevelopment.
