We will employ a mixed‐methods approach to the evaluation, drawing on both quantitative and qualitative data and analytical methods to assess the project against the target criteria. We will collect quantitative data through a survey of project participants and will supplement the survey with qualitative data from key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs). Our approach will also inte‐ grate outcome harvesting to assess outcome level changes to which the project may have contributed. Guided by Smart Peace’s Outcome Harvesting for Adaptive Programming in the Smart Peace Consortium, we will use participatory approaches to engage with key informants and stakeholders to harvest evidence of change and assess the extent to which the project may have contributed to those changes.
