Endline evaluation of the Liberia Employment and Entrepreneurship Programme LEEP
Bodhi conducted a final evaluation of the LEEP programme, assessing it against relevant OECD-DAC criteria, specifically effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. We also evaluated the programme against its logical framework, with a particular focus on its success in empowering youth to find meaningful employment or self-employment. Our evaluation examined how effectively LEEP achieved its objectives in enhancing youth employability and entrepreneurship. The assessment provided insights into the programme's long-term impact on youth economic empowerment and the sustainability of its outcomes. This evaluation aimed to offer valuable recommendations for improving future youth employment initiatives and informing policy decisions in this area.
