Bodhi undertook the mid-term evaluation of the FCDO and ECHO funded SAFER programme, implemented by Mercy Corps, Norwegian Refugee Council, Concern Worldwide, ACTED and Solidarites. The programme aimed to reduce the vulnerability of households affected by conflict and shocks in Eastern DRC.
