Bodhi developed a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) strategy and related Action Plan for Search for Common Ground's FCDO-funded Borderlands Project in Northern Mozambique and Southern Tanzania. The project aimed to enhance peace and stability and build community-level resilience against instability and conflict. The GESI strategy employed a gender-mainstreaming and conflict-sensitive approach, with a particular focus on safeguarding and promoting the rights and inclusion of women and girls and addressing the gender-specific impacts of conflict.
