Bodhi was contracted by Search to develop a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) strategy and related Action Plan for the FCDO-funded Borderlands Project in Northern Mozambique and Southern Tanzania, which sought to enhance peace and stability and build community-level resilience against instability and conflict. The GESI strategy took a gender-mainstreaming and conflict sensitive approach, with particular focus on the safeguarding and promotion of the rights and inclusion of women and girls and gender-specific impacts of conflict.
