The mid‐term evaluation of the EU‐funded “Addressing drivers of conflict, and promoting the fulfilment of human rights, sustainable governance of natural resources, climate justice and environmental protection through evidence‐based research and grassroots collaboration” programme aimed to assess the progress made toward programme objectives and capture key lessons learnt and good practices to formulate recommendations for enhancing programme performance. To achieve this aim, Bodhi adopted a theory‐based approach for the evaluation, grounded in the programme’s Theory of Change. This approach assessed the programme’s relevance and effectiveness, as well as its impact to date, while also examining its efficiency and sustainability in identifying, researching, and addressing conflict drivers. To ensure a comprehensive evaluation that met the needs of all stakeholders, Bodhi engaged closely with IPIS and key stakeholders throughout the evaluation process. This included collaborative refinement of evaluation questions, regular progress updates, and participatory analysis and validation of findings.
