Research into the British Council’s experience and capability of working in conflict affected contexts in sub-Saharan Africa

British Council

Bodhi is conducting an assessment of the British Council's programmatic contributions, experience, and capability in the conflict-affected contexts of Ethiopia, Sudan, Uganda, and Nigeria. The assessment aims to identify strategic opportunities to maximise and deepen the British Council's contribution to peace outcomes in these four target countries and other fragile and conflict-affected contexts. Bodhi will adopt a theory-based approach, mapping the British Council's interventions and developing a series of theories of change to outline the pathways through which those interventions could potentially contribute to peacebuilding.
