Bodhi conducted a comprehensive final evaluation of the SAFER and PACE programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for Mercy Corps. This evaluation aimed to assess the overall performance, relevance, effectiveness, and impact of the programmes, focusing on the achievements and challenges faced during their implementation. The evaluation adopted a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and digital surveys. The study evaluated the programmes against the OECD-DAC criteria, ensuring a thorough analysis of the gender and conflict-sensitive aspects of the interventions. The findings aimed to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of similar future programmes.
