We undertook a comprehensive desk review and Key Informant Interviews with (I)NGOs and local authorities to explore up-to-date migration dynamics, the interaction between migrants and local authorities and CSOs and access to rights, public services and livelihood opportunities. We provided a tailored research protocol with which to conduct household surveys in the three cities including sample methodology, qualitative instruments, and a survey questionnaire.
