Anna Louise Strachan, PhD

Anna is one of the founders of Bodhi. She has over 13 years of experience in conducting conflict gender, and political economy analysis. Anna has led research projects and evaluations for a wide range of organisations including UN agencies, international donors and INGOs. She is particularly interested in the Humanitarian-Development-Peace nexus, which has been the focus of her research in recent years. She has field experience in countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Anna holds a PhD in International Relations, an MSc in Asian Politics, and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies with Arabic.
