UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT)
An evaluation will be conducted in order to assess the overall performance of the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism's Gender and Identity Factors Platform Project, and the
extent that the Project has achieved its intended results for both learning and accountability purposes. UNOCT launched the Gender and Identity Factors Platform (GIFP) in 2021 as a multifaceted digital platform to increase the integration of gender and intersectional identity factors into the design, planning, delivery, and assessment of selected global, regional, national and local level programmes on CT/PCVE. The evaluation will be grounded in UNEG Norms and Standards, utilising the OECD-DAC criteria.
