Final External Evaluation of ’Addressing Human Security through Integrated Support for the Most Vulnerable and Crisis‐Affected Communities in South Kordofan’

International Organization for Migration

Bodhi is conducting a final evaluation of the IOM-led “Addressing Human Security through Integrated Support for the Most Vulnerable and Crisis-Affected Communities in South Kordofan”. Bodhi's utilisation-focused approach will ensure that findings directly inform future decision-making for IOM and its partners. It will apply the OECD-DAC criteria – relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability – to examine both the design and execution of the programme. Particular emphasis will be placed on assessing how the programme adapted to the shifting context following the April 2023 conflict and the degree to which the Human Security (HS) approach was meaningfully integrated and applied.
