Bodhi is expanding its work with the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade by undertaking a high level analysis of the current Official Development Assistance (ODA) environment. The assessment will capture insights into how Ireland’s development cooperation might adapt and consider appropriate responses in the face of a changing ODA landscape. This evaluation will help inform IDFAT in two key areas, namely the factors the Department has to consider in order to adapt to the changing ODA landscape and to continue to be relevant and effective, as well as the impact for Ireland’s development cooperation programme in the three partner countries.
