Bodhi was contracted by the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED) to do a Final External Evaluation of the GrowEconomy project. This evaluation assessed the effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of a three-year AFD-funded initiative (2023-2026) that promoted sustainable agricultural livelihoods and decent working conditions for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians across four governorates in Jordan. The main objective of this final evaluation was to provide ACTED, consortium partners, and AFD with an assessment of the project, its design, implementation and results. The aim was to determine the relevance and fulfilment of objectives, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project. The evaluation incorporates lessons learned to inform the future decision-making processes of ACTED, consortium partners, and the donor. The evaluation included a comprehensive literary review, the development of an evaluation matrix, and a stakeholder mapping exercise. Data collection employed a mixed-methods approach, involving a household survey, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions.
