Bodhi have been contracted by the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF) to conduct the Mid‐Term Review (MTR) for the Investing In Women in the Blue Economy Kenya Programme (IIW‐BEK). This assignment will review the performance of the IIW-BEK programme, covering the implementation period (February 2022 to March 2025) and will assess the programmes' design, scope, implantation status, and the capacity to examine progress made on project outcomes, as well as improving performance, accountability, learning, evidence-based decision-making and overall management of the programme. This MTR will inform and guide future planning of the programme.
