Bodhi has been contracted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland to harvest, analyse and synthesize infromation about Finnish agency and added value in Finland’s development policy and cooperation. The synthesis covers the development policy context between the years 2019 and 2026 and will include a close analysis of bilateral support to Finland’s partner countries, humanitarian assistance and EU development cooperation, amongst others. Bodhi will conduct a systematic qualitative content analysis by developing a transparent synthesis protocol specifying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and map all centralised and decentralised evaluation reports published between 2019 and 2026. Following evidence identification and extraction, analysis will proceed on three layers.
