Bodhi is undertaking an evaluation to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Leading Learning for Gender Equality (LL4GE) programme implemented across five Sub-Saharan African countries: Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia. This evaluation will analyse what has worked well and identify areas for improvement, drawing out lessons learned to generate insights to guide future policy and programmatic decisions related to instructional leadership and gender equality initiatives. A critical component of the evaluation will be an analysis of the programme’s Theory of Change and results framework, examining the validity of its underlying assumptions. This evaluation aims to strengthen decision-making and ensure accountability through the development of a comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, whilst also providing strategic recommendations for future programme positioning and partnerships.
