Sharmista is the Human Resources (HR) and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager at Bodhi Global Analysis responsible for all HR operations, whilst ensuring that Bodhi ensures its commitment to EDI. Sharmista has four years of experience working in HR in several different roles in various industries, including automobile, construction, technology, publishing and medicine. Sharmista specialises in streamlining systems and processes and aims to solidify policies and practices at Bodhi. Sharmista holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Leicester, as well as an MSC in International Human Resources Management from Queen Mary University of London, whilst being CIPD Level 7 qualified.
