Narimaan is a CVE expert with experience in working with Kenyan Security Agencies on programmes to integrate former Al-Shaba youth insurgents into the Kamukunji, Eastleigh (Nairobi) community through peacebuilding programmes. With Bodhi, she is a Research Assistant with extensive experience of undertaking qualitative and quantitative research on migration and displacement. She supported a study on the changing dynamics of Afghan migration since August 2021 for MMC. She has experience in reviewing, evaluating and monitoring various policies on peace, security and displacement. She has supported several conflict scans for Search for Common Ground in Northeast Nigeria. She also supported a project on conflict and risk analysis for Search for Common Ground in Kenya.
