Hillary Owinyo

Hillary is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist with nine years of experience in conducting social and economic research in the development and humanitarian sectors. Having worked for both local and international organisations, he has vast experience in support projects focused on livelihoods, education, agriculture, resilience, health, gender, financial inclusion and energy. He is proficient in developing MEAL systems, providing MEAL reports to management and donors, developing annual work plans and budgets, revising M&E plans and PMP by soliciting stakeholders' inputs, training and capacity building staff, partners and community members. He has in-field experience in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria and Liberia and has supported data collection activities in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Benin and Ethiopia.
