Charlotte Wiseman

Charlotte is a gender equality, social inclusion and peacebuilding expert with over 10 years of experience. She has worked within the UK government and successfully led and managed several implementation and research projects for governments, consultancies and NGOs. Charlotte possesses specialist knowledge in gender equality and social inclusion (GESI); gender, peace, and security; gender‑based violence prevention and response; sexual and reproductive rights; capacity building and mentoring; and voice and accountability approaches. Prior to working at Bodhi, Charlotte was the Gender Team Lead at Tetra Tech and Somaliland Portfolio Manager for the UK government Conflict Security and Stability Fund (CSSF). Charlotte holds an MSc in International Relations from University of Bristol. She has lived and worked in the UK, Bangladesh, Belarus, India, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria and South Sudan.
