Do you have at least eight years of professional experience in applied economic analysis, evaluation, or development finance?

Do you hold a Master's degree or higher in economics, finance, development economics, or another discipline with a substantial quantitative component, or equivalent professional experience?

Do you have demonstrable expertise in at least one of the five areas of specialism listed in this advert (climate and blended finance; market systems development; poverty and distributional analysis; public finance, costing and value for money; or financial inclusion and private-sector finance)?

Can you conduct econometric analysis using at least one statistical package (Stata, R, or Python)?

Have you delivered research, analysis, or evaluation for a UN agency, bilateral donor, multilateral development bank, or international NGO?
